Responsibilities:
- Currently managing overall Sales Operations, for assigned region & accountable for driving On-Shelf- Availability through Channel Management, Distribution Management, Supply Chain, Trade Activation & execution of Consumer Activation Programs.
- Ownership of driving Operational Excellence & development of Channel Partner, Operational Excellence at the Point of Purchase, Enhancing Servicing Efficiency, Driving Manpower Optimization, Coaching, Training & Development.
- Budgeting of Sales Plan, Marketing Investments, POP Deployment Plans & Manpower Succession Planning.
- Distribution Expansion (width & Depth) in the current markets & Ownership of Opening up new Markets.
- Coordination at Regional Category & Operations Team to deliver desired top line and bottom line results.
- Managing a Value Business of 150 - 175 crs Per Annum
