Regional Sales Manager - Channel Sales - Watch (5-18 yrs)
- Accountable for Watch Channel Sales in West India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP ) & would be based at Mumbai.
- Ability to manage a team of 8-10, Prior experience in handling team of Area Managers & below is desirable.
- Accountable for building up relationship and expand channel business
- Ownership of target and achievement with proper implementation of strategy
- Proper data analysis and new Channel development
- Regular distributor review & Channel visit as per the monthly/weekly schedule Coordination with different departments in HO for smooth implementation of strategy
- Monitor and mentor growth in the area. Timely update to HO on proper feedback/suggestion
- Develop new market and implement plan to improve sales in the existing market
JD with mandatory Conditions :
- Must have handled Channel sales and distribution network in the specified area.
- Must have good knowledge on reasoning and data analysis.
- Must have good leadership qualities, candidates with proven record of man management will be preferred.
- Good academic record with minimum 60% marks in Matriculation, 10+2 and graduation/MBA.
- Knowledge of local language will be preferred but not mandatory
Skills Required :
- Analytical skill with good computer knowledge
- Good communication and negotiation skill
