The organization is a Fortune 100 company and has a significant commercial presence across India.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Business Director, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying new business development options for the aesthetics portfolio.

- Drive sales and product portfolio value through engagement of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Cardiology and Diabetes.

- Drive lead generation programs that result in sales and long term customer satisfaction.

- Lead cross-functional teams as an individual contributor to develop tactical action plans that drive growth in key channels and customer segment.

- Develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the organization.

The Successful Candidate :

- Must come with a minimum of 15 years experience in sales and business development in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong exposure to the cardiology and diabetes portfolios. The candidate must have a business size of at least 20 crores per annum and must have been in a people management role for at least 2 years.
