About our Client - Our client is one of the fastest growing Building Materials company in India with a very strong focus on Product design and Quality. They are an organization HQ's out of Mumbai and have a very strong presence across India. They are strongly looking at growing their presence in the Indian marketing and are looking at an individual who will manage their Sales & Project management across the North Market.
Job Description - Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Manage regional sales targets
- Manage project pipeline by working closely with Architects / Contractors / Developers
- Develop and drive marketing activities relevant for increasing business revenue in the region
- Maintain sales data in the respective region and handle the strategy to increase the sales output accordingly
- Ensure proper people management
The Successful Candidate :
- You will be an MBA with an experience of at least 8-12 years in Building Materials industry.
- You should have an experience of dealing with Architects/ Contractors/ Developers and should have an experience in Project sales.
- You will have excellent communications skills and should have proven track record of success.
