Regional Sales Manager - Additives (10-20 yrs)
Leading regional sales and generating profits through channel sales in South India & Sri lanka
Formulate sales & marketing strategy for channel management
Appointing, supervise, train & reviewing distributors and their sales force to achieve sales targets, pursue key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales
Closely work with the business unit head to work out strategies for business growth in assigned region
Accountable for gathering market and competition information and updating mgmt. on case to case basis
Responsible for preparing sales budget and forecast for Advance Planning & Optimization to facilitate the availability of inventory
To ensure sales order management team, execute customer orders and payment collection on timely basis.
Consistently achieve & deliver budget numbers
Must be:
B.tech Chemical/Plastic/Paints
having experience in Polymer additives
catering to Paints & Coating industry
handling a team
