Job Title - Regional Sales HR

Job Objective/ Purpose of Job - Business HR support for a renowned Pharma Company (client)

Objective - Strategizing & implementing HR processes based on business requirement.

Location - Delhi , Kolkata

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education Qualification:

Full time MBA with specialization in Human Resources from a renowned institute.

Experience

- 5-10 years experience handling a business HR role with exposure in Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning & Development Expertise into Business HR and key HR processes.

- Able to handle HR processes and systems independently and effectively liaise with all stake holders .

- Has an experience of handling sales force of around 500+ people (Pharma and Insurance company experience preferred)

- Talent Development – Understanding the Talent Pool by mapping on talent framework, Individual Development Discussions, Training Need identification, Nomination for MBA Program, Nomination for evaluation for next level, IDP Discussions.

- Performance Appraisal – Driving PMS for the zones, adherence to normalization of distribution curve, discussion with Business Directors on Market correction for their teams.

- Talent Acquisition – Frontline Sales Force, First & Second Line Managers and manpower deployment.

- Operational HR – On boarding, Internal Movements, Exits, Adherence to policies and procedures.

- Governance Discussion – Non performance, Non compliance to Code of Conduct, Whistle blowing, workplace harassment.

- Employee engagement & Communication – Town halls, reach out sessions, career progression, State forums

- PMS – Rolling out KPI, adherence to normal distribution curve, pre performance and post rating discussions. Conducting “competency based Assessment centers reviews” on predefined competency matrix.

- Talent acquisition and span management

- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits vertical to ensure implementation of C&B processes and address employee queries in agreed time frame.
