- Manage working capital facility, term & business loans.
- Responsible for new client acquisition, manage and enhance relationship value to attain the primary objective of revenue generation, fee income, cross sell, productivity and profitability.
- Motivate & guide team to deliver on key imperatives by team engagement, mentoring & training.
- Develop & expand business sourcing through inbound channel, referral, consultant, etc.
- Analyse & assess credit potential of a client and provide professional advises by structuring deal.
- Access the portfolio trends, identify profitable customer segments and put a strategic framework in place by refining sourcing guidelines.
- Monitor key performance indicators at an account level and plan for remedial actions to ensure desired health level is maintained.
- Achieve satisfactory audit rating and ensure recommendations are implemented for compliance
Grade - Senior Manager and above
