Regional Sales Head - Radio Business (12-15 yrs)
Require an extremely Assertive, go getter "Regional Sales Head - Rest of West" for the Radio Business of the leading Media Organization to be based in Ahmedabad & covering Maharashta, Gujarat, Goa, M.P etc
MBA is a must & proven experience in the Corporate / Retail Sales is essential.

Job Description:
Position Title: Regional Sales Head -ROW
Department: Sales
Basic Purpose:
- The Regional business head is at the helm of sales in the region and is responsible for Sales revenue.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Annual Sales target phasing/setting
- Smooth functioning & coordination of all verticals & co-existence to achieve common objectives.
- Should have the ability to drive revenue focus approach
- Work closely with the revenue planning team to achieve revenue objectives
- Maintain target/achievement executive wise for your region.
- Timely dissemination of information at all levels.
Planning:
- Planning to be done for the quarter / annual target achievement with data tools provided
- Should have the ability to lead sales planning for the team to achieve objectives
- Analytical ability to use numbers to our advantage
Reports:
- To ensure all reports and formats are adhered to by the team
Client Servicing:
- Integrate all verticals and bring them together for bundling.
- Have the business understanding of clientele that exists in the market
- Solution generation approach for the set of clients
- Build and maintain business relationships with key clients and agencies.
- Able to manage the Objection handling for the team
- Lead from the front to achieve sales targets.
HR:
- Implement 15 min training
- Recruitment and training of associates
- Motivation and retention of associates.
- Identify the training needs of the team.
- Ensure the key result areas are clearly defined for the associates.
- Appraise and be appraised in the given time frame.
New Business Development:
- Identify and convert non radio advertisers
- Grow the brand count on all media
- Focus on SME’s / NBD
Inter department co-ordination:
- Work closely with the programming team, BIG solutions, marketing team for integrated solutions to the clients
- Ensure sales entitlements are as per the programming guidelines
- Seek assistance from marketing and content planning teams for key client pitches
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance of internal/ externals processes followed by the organization.
- Make sure the advertisements are as per the government guidelines.
- All internal and external documentation is as per the company policy
- Ensure confidentiality of data
Job Specifications:
- A MBA with at least 12+ years of experience as a business head.
- Age around 34 years or more
- Familiarity with the business community in respective areas
- Have successfully led large teams in the past
