Job Title: RHS - Personal Loans across NCR  We have a requirement for Regional Head Sales- Personal Loans with premier bank.  - The candidate shall manage Personal Loans product and be responsible for P&L. The role of RHS is to manage a sales team.  Key deliverables:  - Planning and review: Monthly sales demand funnel and activity planning and weekly reviews of activity conducted and output efficiency  - Training and hand holding: Capability building for new recruits in SM and hand holding with their job roles like planning, sales calls and closures.   - Motivating and monitoring: Monitoring productivity and activation levels and conduct detailed sales process reviews SM wise at-least on weekly basis  - Self sourcing: Lead by example by meeting self sourcing targets for self and ensuring SM self sourcing targets are met  Person Requirements:   Key skills and Knowledge Requirements:  - Good communication and presentation skills  - Selling skills  - Good analytical skills with eye for detail  - Openness to learning by analyzing information available   Related Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience.   Desired Candidate’s Profile:   - Full Time MBA’s from Tier-I Campus from any Sales Background with 3 to 6 years of experience.   Please note: Freshers (2014 Batch) wont be considered.
