Regional Sales Head - IT (8-15 yrs)
We're looking for young aspiring go-getters to an integral part of the sales management with our client - a well established multi billion dollar organization in the consumer space.
- This job is responsible for managing the Channel partners and Direct accounts for sales of products & solutions for the organization.
- The incumbent will be a P&L head for a region and manage large teams including functions like sales support, design, logistics.
- This requires the person to have a very high degree of business acumen & understanding of people behavior.
Key areas of Responsibility:
To achieve business target as per operation plan. Needs to balance sales across different product lines/ Business Group with a key focus on:
- Product Lines
- Sales Mix
- Profitability
- Responsible for Receivables Management
- Team Management - focus on key parameters like people development, engagement, NPS, attrition management etc.
- Channel Partner Management
- Customer Relationship Management - A very high level of customer interaction from Bottom to Top level & ensure conflict avoidance amongst various customer profile.
- Process Owner - processes that ensure continuity of business growth
- Ensuring implementation & maintenance of quality policy.
- Review of effectiveness of quality systems.
- Achieving KPI’s (Debtors Management/stocks/Consignment Stocks/ EMD’s/operational costs besides sales)
