They are largely into Automation and Engineering products which cater to the Manufacturing industry. With a growing portfolio in Material handling, detection and components they are currently present in over 50 countries across the world.
Job Description :
- Sales Growth
- Grow sales & profit. Train distributors, end users, material suppliers, integrators.
- Demonstrate equipment and conduct training to key end users
- Make sales presentations on new products and application solution to distributors
- Build a distributor base of ever growing distributors.
- Develop annual sales volume targets and action plans.
- Develop Knowledge of product, application and industries
- Develop annual forecast and expense budgets.
- Develop yearly territory sales plan and key account plan
- Work closely with all industrial sales teams
The Successful Candidate :
- 5 to 7 years experience in Sales with a Bachelors in Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems and product application.
- Effective communication skills and team management experience
