Regional Head Sales - Forex (Retail Foreign Exchange)

Back ground :
Retail forex team is responsible for the product, process and channel management for foreign exchange business. This team is also responsible for driving product and channel level initiatives for Retail / Wealth / Privilege / NRI segment.
- Buy and sale of Foreign currency notes
- Buy and sale of Travel card
- Outward remittance
- Sale of above products through alternate channel
Key deliverables for this role are :
Branch Role :
- Revenue target achievement based on annual Operating Plan
- Volume target achievement (Travel card and outward remittance) based on AOP
- Drive Relationship Managers - Forex and track
- Employee activation on Forex product
- Employee productivity
- Customer activation on Forex product
- ERV customer (existing Forex active)
- NCA customer (customer buying from competition)
- Business development initiatives
- Design & implementation of all channel specific campaigns / marketing promos through Relationship Managers - Forex (Branch)
- Branch visibility
- Customer awareness campaign
- Ensure tracking of ERV activities at branch level
- Tracking of productivity and efficiency at branch level
- Ensure all channels are trained on Forex Product & processes
- Ensure roll out of various R&R initiatives for the channel
- To ensure 100% compliance on the Regulatory and PAC guidelines on sale of Products & services as circulated from time to time. To control Frauds, through implementation of controllable measures.
Drive Alternate channel business :
- Revenue target (Alternate) achievement based on annual Operating Plan
- Volume target achievement (Travel card and outward remittance) based on AOP
- Alternate channel activation through Relationship Managers - Forex (alternate)
- Tie-up with FFMC
- Tie-up with Education consultants / Travel agents
- Tie-up with Hospitals
- Tie-up with Corporate
Skill Set :
- Candidate with experience in Hard core FX Sales
- Knowledge of Channel Sales Function with fixed Monthly fees targets.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to forge an understanding and build relationships
- Build processes, systems and structure to improve productivity of the channel
- Understanding of customer needs and putting in process for enhancing customer experience
- Ability to drive teams through coaching and timely feedback to achieve desired productivity goals
Desirables :
- Thorough understanding of the Governing FOREX Regulations (like FEMA etc)
- Understanding of dynamics of the FX markets.
- Understanding of the various channels available in the business for approaching Customers, and attendant revenue stream there of.
