About our Client - Our client is a major FMCG player with a significant presence in the Indian market with a diverse product portfolio. They are a household name in the consumer goods domain. They are currently looking for an Regional Sales Development Manager for one of their major regions, based out in Kolkata.
Job Description - Reporting into the National Head of Sales Capability Development you will be responsible for Sales Capability Development & Training
- Assessing distribution Gaps and Drive growth
- Reviewing productivity measures and recommending actions for improvement
- Building functional, organizational and infrastructure capabilities in sales operations
- Developing Sales Process and Systems
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be an MBA from a Tier - 1 B-School from the 2009-2010 Batch with 5-6 years of experience in Sales.
- You should have a prior sales experience in a major FMCG organization.
- A sales capability stint will be preferable. You should possess a strong understanding of sales and distribution.
