They need to fill-up following position asap.  Position : Regional Sales and Business Development Manager ( India Market )   Location : Bangalore ( locals preferred )  Education : Any Graduate/ Post Graduate ( Preferably B.Tech and/or MBA ).  Experience : 6 -13 Years of experience in India Sales in an IT Product and Services company ( IT product company preferred ). Exposure to sales of banking products to BFS segment is a MUST.  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  - Focus majorly on new client acquisition and utilization of the existing client network. Good experience in product sales, preferably from Banking and Financial domain.   - Should have good exposure in International Market and International sales (IT Products).   - Develop strategies to generate cost effective sales leads.   - Work on Client Relationship Building and Strategic Account Management.   - Establish feedback mechanisms from customers, prospects, and partners to the Marketing department.  - 6 -13 Years of experience in International Sales in an IT organization. (Preferably in an IT product company). Exposure to sales of banking products to BFS segment is a MUST.  - Good communication skills.
