Job Description - Reporting to the NSM, the incumbent will be responsible for :

- Reviewing productivity measures and recommend actions for improvement.

- Assessing distribution gaps and to drive growth in unrepresented and under-represented markets and to determine whether to have direct/indirect distribution.

- Reviewing weekly & monthly performance and suggest actions for enhancing Sales, Market Share.

- Improving adherence to Sales Routines and Processes and to Develop the Sales Team on the job to improve skill levels.

- Segmenting priority markets for activation and plan on investments judiciously to drive business growth.

- Planning specific marketing programs and promotions to improve gaps in execution.

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be an MBA, specializing in Sales and Marketing with at least 5-6 years experience in the FMCG Industry.

- You should have workable knowledge of Andhra Pradesh, to enable smooth communication with trade Partners.

- You should have the experience of handling a large team and geography and exposure to starting a business from scratch
