REGIONAL RETAIL MANAGER (NORTH & EAST) – COLORBAR COSMETICS

Key Responsibilities

- To manage the Colorbar’s exclusive stores of North & East region and ensure adherence of process & procedures

- Assist store & operations team in implementation and execution of new products and process

- Ensure Visual Merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines to enhance the customers shopping experiences.

- Ensure that the stores are staffed appropriately in each shift.

- Uses all information resources available such as mystery shoppers report, audit reports, identify opportunities to optimize market potential.

- To facilitate promotional activities, and control of costs, stock levels and stock loss.

- To manage budgets for staff and stores controllable costs, and identifies and exploits opportunities to reduce store expenditure, for assigned area.

- Exploits opportunities to reduce stock loss in area.

- To identifies areas of improvement and develops and implements training schedules to address them.

- Constantly reviews sales improvement practice, plans and initiatives, and identifies and exploits any additional opportunities to increase sales

- Managing commercial activities like stock in & stock out, daily MIS, stock maintenance/Client servicing /store /retail operations

Desired Candidate Profile

- Post graduate / MBA with 5+ years of experience in Modern Retail, Area Management experience of 3+ years, Managing multi-location Stores

- Proven ability to quickly analyze key business drivers and develop strategies to grow top & bottom line.

- Understanding of contemporary retail, audit, SOPs & Systems.

- Ability to implement & reinforce best quality, service, safety & sanitation standards

- Skills in devising effective strategies for escalating sales turnovers in competitive market environments.
