About the Role:

This is a Country and Region Leadership Role, reporting to the Group CEO in Europe. The position is based in Gurgaon. This role will be expected to scale the existing business 3 times over the next 5 years while leading a team of leaders.

Responsibilities and tasks:

- Design, Propose to the Board and implement India strategy and lead the BUs accordingly via a leadership team

- Represent and defend company's interest to the regulatory and government bodies

- General P&L responsibility of Indian operations.

- Accountable for Legal, Financial, Compliances and HR related matters

- Direct P&L responsibility of a particular BU

- Profitable growth of the company meeting financial goals set by the group with an emphasis on Top Line

About You:

A B.E / B.Tech + MBA with minimum 18 years- experience in which at least 5-10 years of proven track record of successfully running a business of more than 100 Crs, while a proven successful track record of profitably growing a business to INR 500Crs+ will be preferred.

- Must be a people person and should have worked in Sales organisation.

- Strong leadership abilities with high influencing skills

- Strong networking and lobbying skills with a proven network of contacts

- Strong ability to set a vision, develop a business strategy and big picture thinking
