Our client is a one of the World's largest healthcare with a strong presence across the world and is renowned for its products improving the overall wellness of people. They are now looking to hire the Regional Pharmacy Channel Manager to strengthen their presence through the pharmacy channel.
Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Head, you will be responsible for:
- Work with Regional Leadership Teams to drive the Pharmacy agenda and realise the targeted growth Demonstrate ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally
- Review Infrastructure Requirement and work with the Regional Leadership Teams for execution across region wide distributors
- Responsible for imparting relevant training to business associates eg Pharmacists, hospitals, clinics & other relevant external stakeholders
- Drive commercial efficiencies in the Pharmacy GTM through optimisation of channel partner commercial models with collaboration with Commercial Finance
Profile
Must be a Post Graduate from a premier B-school with 5+ years of experience in sales, business development and team management with focus on managing the OTC category. Experience in managing FMCG would be an added advantage in addition to OTC.
