Role : Regional OD Partner (India)
- Opportunity to work as the OD Partner cum HR Business Partner for India Region in a Global - multinational leader in Industrial Biotechnology based out at Bangalore.
- As a Regional OD partner, you would be a full member of India leadership team which cuts across - R&D, Innovation, and Supply Chain
- You will be responsible for implementing global and regional initiatives around leadership development and talent development in close collaboration with the LoB and the rest of the P&O organization.
- Also, you will engage in and support business strategy development and execution; take an active and value creating role in developing the organization, teams and leaders within the India Region.
