Key Responsibilities:

This is an Operations leadership role. Person will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations for a designated region.

1. Overall P&L responsibility for the region

2. Operational Unit set up and expansion in the region initially

3. Ensuring cost control and optimization

4. Operational excellence and achievement of Operational KPIs

5. Execution of operational plans

6. Build and mentor the operations team

Qualifications:

Education:

- Undergraduate from Tier 1 engineering college

- Tier 1 MBA college is desirable

Years of experience: Depends on the region offered (anywhere between 4 years to 14 years)

Personal attributes:

- We are looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership who will be able to manage a high degree of complexity in operations

- The person should be able to demonstrate complete ownership for the region

- Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment
