Regional Marketing Manager - FMCG

We have been retained by a Leading Consumer Durable Company to hire Regional Marketing Manager to be based at Chennai.

Role Purpose :

Retail Marketing Program Management:

- Design and manage marketing initiatives and related collaterals across ATL & BTL media to deliver business plans

- Own brand health, market share, brand visibility across South India

- Branch/ Regional trade marketing activities ROI management

- Brand Shop (BS) project execution – BS identification, fabrication, display, shop activation programs & ROI

- Regional budget management

- Agency/ Vendor development and management for various marcom initiatives

- Lead cross marketing alliance initiatives

- Manage CC budgets, incentives, Special R&Rs, productivity, recruitment, attrition and right counter placement

- Devise CC training product modules and organise soft skill training programs

Education : MBA-Full Time 8+ Years Experience into Marketing & Communication.

Industry : Consumer Durable/FMCG/Telecom/Insurance etc.
