Regional Marketing Manager

Role Purpose :

- Brand Marketing handles all cross category programs at regional / national level, brand advertising and communication guidelines, media strategy and planning, market research, marketing budget and consumer-related PR.

Conceptualize, develop, plan & execute Brand Marketing initiatives at a regional level in line with the Brand Positioning and Core Brand Values. The role would progress into a senior role within category marketing / brand marketing

Develop innovative regional marketing programs working with Branch Managers in the region for driving our brand / categories to achieve our sales targets. This will include regional festival programs that are strongly associated with purchase of our categories. Ensure regional plans dovetail and maximize any national plans being rolled out by category marketing / brand marketing.

- Manage an independent budget for this. Follow Brand guidelines for all executions in the regions.

Micro marketing Programs Execution :

- Based on briefs provided by product categories, roll-out and innovate micro marketing programs aimed at product launches and consumer promotions in the region to achieve maximum impact on sales. This includes providing and refreshing product training to trade marketing executives in the region.

- Management of Branch Marketing Executives/ Retail Executives

- Manage a team of approx 200 REs in the region on training, recruitment and up-gradation of skill sets. Career planning and training for Branch Marketing Executives

Candidate Profile : Master's degree in business management / media / communication from an institute of repute Tier 1 B-School-2010-12 and Tier 2/3 B-School-2006-08.
