Job Description & KRAs :
- Marketing standardization implementation in the Regional Branch network
- Localized marketing tie-ups for secured Micro- enterprise retail lending products
- Evaluation with regional ATL media and implementation,
- Driving BTL Activities through BSMs in all branches
- Vendor / Collateral management
- New Branch launch pre-marketing
- Measuring Marketing effectiveness on activities, campaigns, initiatives.
- Training overseeing, guiding the regional branch network (Branch Sales managers) and adding innovative and novel marketing propositions.
- Delivering on the Fee Income Targets
