Basic Job Purpose:

Responsible for delivering overall sales plan for Prepaid Forex business for the Northern Region (more specifically in NCR). Delivery of sales plan would be through existing channels and by building new scalable distribution models

Dimensions of the Job:

1. Financial Objectives:

- Responsible for delivering business and revenue plan

- Responsible for managing and building cost efficient channels

2. Sales Management

- Performance management & tracking, relationship management with partners and corporate customers

- Review sales process effectiveness, fine tune sales efforts to ensure required intensity and depth

- Collate and analyze feedback

- Activate new channels for lead flows and business fulfillment, manage and track channel performance and delivery

- Work closely with other business units in the bank to leverage their relationships

3. Strategic Dimension

- Conceptualize, develop and implement new distribution models and channels for the business.

4. Compliance and Control

- Ensure that only approved sales solicitation and documentation process is being followed

- Ensure compliance to Citibank Polices and Controls at channel partners and all sale processes. Ensure all internal and external audits are flawless

- Ensure adherence to all infosec guidelines while communicating with channel partner/customers

5. Work closely with the Product, Operations, Technology, Credit and Compliance teams

- Work with various units to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the channel

- Ensure strong end-to-end processes with flawless execution

- Manager customer PIs and escalations through timely and satisfactory resolution. Improve processes to restrict further recurrence of such events

Major Challenges and Opportunities:

- Streamlining sales structure given multiple channels for business generation

- Find ways to drive sales with appropriate relationship management at multiple levels at channel partners and at corporates

- Interface with multiple verticals in the business like Ops, tech, product etc.

- Training and keeping in touch with industry and competition

Qualifications

- MBA from a premier B-school (Preferably with a 2-4 yrs work experience)

- Strong entrepreneurial & interpersonal skills

- Self starter and to be able to work independently

- Sales experience/ customer facing experience is preferred

Primary Location: Gurgaon
