Position: Regional Training Manager West (Based of Mumbai)
Business Unit : Human Capital Management
Sub Unit: Learning & Development
Reporting to: National Training Manager Branch and Retail Banking
Responsibilities:
- The jobholder is primarily responsible for execution of the overall L&D strategies for Retail, Non-Retail & Support functions in their respective regions.
- Implement the Banks L&D solutions viz product, process, soft skills & behavioral trainings in the region.
- Identify training needs for Retail, Non-Retail and Support functions in the region and align with the overall learning strategy of the bank.
- Implementation of Training Plans for the designated region.
- Facilitation of Training Programs.
- Support the Curriculum team in Content Creation.
- Enabling Functional & select Behavioral Training Initiatives for the region through relevant National Training Managers.
- Ensure Employee Training Coverage as per defined levels.
- Manage training initiatives through partner organizations as well as outsourced training partners.
- Regular stakeholder engagement in the region for Retail, Corporate & Support Businesses.
- Calibrate Training impact for select L&D interventions.
Expected Candidate Profile Education: PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
Past Experience:
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience. Banking Industry exposure.
- Should have managed L&D initiatives for at least 3-4 years with good training delivery skills.
- Awareness of Product, Process trainings in the Financial Services Industry highly preferred.
Past Organization:
- Must necessarily come from Banking & Financial Services Organizations of Repute.
Important:
- Should have good knowledge of RBI Regulation and policies
- Should be open to travel
