We have an opening with one of our leading Luxury (Gems / Jewellery) client for the position of : Regional Sales Manager

Job Location: Delhi

Area of operation: North India

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Meet the targets set for the region.

- Ensure adequate retail presence, availability of supply and effective implementation of programmes in the region

- Monitor performance and report periodically to internal and external stakeholders (where required)

- Identify potential trade partners to enroll & manage the enrollment process

- Develop and manage relationships with trade partners. Engage with trade partners on an ongoing basis - plan, learn & review

- Identification and delivery of training programs for trade partners. Coordinate with other trade managers in developing training programs, and in providing oversight of content preparation and delivery

- Prepare insights and share with internal stakeholders / trade partners

Requirement:

Education: MBA/PG in Marketing

Experience:

- The candidate should have about 8 - 10 years experience in sales and marketing / retail operations / retail marketing function in consumer marketing and branding in the Luxury, high-end lifestyle, premium retail or FMCG sectors.

- Good appreciation of the retail / merchandising and manufacturing industry

- Marketing execution experience.

- Sound knowledge of developing business plans and the planning process

- Experience of working with senior executives / management team in providing professional and sound advice

Personal Attributes Required:

- Well organized, able to prioritize effectively to achieve business deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail, follows tasks through to completion.
