KRAs:
Sales & Marketing / Business Development:
- Implementing competent strategies for boosting business with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for meeting pre-determined business objectives and targets.
- Identifying new streams for revenue growth and developing marketing plans to build client's preference for our products.
- Ensure high market shares across all product lines and increase the share of business in under-represented towns.Initiating contact with potential customers for developing sales & cross selling insurance products.
Formulation of Sales & Distribution Strategy:
- Continuously Reviewing & Developing Sales Systems, Processes & SOPs to ensure right availability, visibility & freshness at the outlet level.
- Ensuring the sales process compliance with system generated reports.
Channel Management:
- Operations through exclusive retail network, multi-brand dealers, direct accounts and distributors.
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share across the region.
- Evaluating performance & monitor channel partner related activities for better results.
- Designing, communicating and implementing the trade schemes to the existing channel partners (distributors/dealers).
Sales Operations / Multi-Branch Administration:
- Achieve value and unit sales targets.
- Aggressively pursue business plan achievement and ensuring high market share in key product categories.
- Aligning resources in line with the branch targets and performance level. Responsible for MIS at branch level and coordination among the branches at regional level.
