Regional Manager - Sales & Marketing - Mfg (6-10 yrs)
- Handle the core sales team for strategizing quarterly/ Annual Marketing and Sale activities.
- Managing the marketing preform division in the segment.
- Identifying prospective clients and studying their requirements.
- Marketing/Suggesting value additions in Beverage Industry for PET bottling Divison, Managing Inventory of the Job work & outright Sales of Beverage giants
- As per client requirements, Identifying requirement, assessing business volume, giving feed back to management, PPC team sharing on business volumes with SKU wise break up for better production planning, (End to End solutions).
- Developing & coordinating with vendors to ensure quality supply and meeting delivery schedules so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Developing long term and annual marketing strategies and plans with sales & revenue forecasts.
- Take up regular client visits, within existing client base and new account development.
- Extensive visits & follow up with regular and new customers for business promotion.
- Plan and submit Costing & proposal to few major Domestic & Overseas accounts
- Understand Manufacturing processes, computation of costs involved at various stages of production, submission of basic costing, coordination with PPC etc.
- Attend sales WIP (work in progress) meetings and update sales and marketing team to all current account activity.
- Data and report submission, payments follow ups & other accounting & statutory requisites, in coordination with other departments
- Any Graduate / MBA Marketing with 6-10 years of experience in similar industry
- Male candidate, having a good rapport with purchase head for getting the new business
