Job Description - Reporting to the National Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and grow the sales operations for the CT and MRI portfolio across North India
- Acquire business through the development of new accounts while also increasing the wallet share from existing accounts
- Lead, train and recruit a team of sales persons for the division
- Grow customer base by interacting with surgeons and KOLs
- Create sales and business plans in line with the organization's short and long term vision while also managing the entire sales process from end to end
The Successful Candidate:
- Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in sales and business development with an in depth knowledge of the CT and MRI portfolio.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a people management role and should have a proven tracked record of growing businesses with excellent channel and partner management skills.
