- Generating Sales / Revenue
- Developing New Clients in the region /PAN India for the Region.
- Maintaining the Clients.
- Managing the Regional sales team.
- Promote & Market PAN India Properties.
Routine activities associated with job:
Activities accountable for:
- Daily meetings and briefings apart from updation on any developments.
- Making Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales report for the management.
- Identify new business prospects and develop client database.
- Plan sales calls for the following Day/Week for self and team.
- Assign duties to the team with the focus to achieve the Monthly & Yearly sales targets.
- Constantly be in touch with the existing clients for repeat business and also take new leads
- Design / Plan strategies to get business from all the channels of sales.
Key Skills:
Experience: 9-16 Yrs
Qualification: Any Graduate/PG/MBA-Marketing
Skills: Good communication
