Regional Manager – Retail Debt Distribution

- This position holder will be responsible for achieving Debt products sales targets, market share targets and manage end-to-end distribution channel development activities to enhance penetration & spread

- Managing promotions/drives on continuous basis with various segments of channel partners and Investors

- Identify & nurture new business opportunities in Debt funds space

- Responsible for achieving Debt products sales targets for the location/region

- Responsible for enhancing market share for RMF in debt funds category with key channel partners

- Engage with key channel partners & large value clients for higher allocations to RMF in debt funds category

- Execute drives to enhance penetration & spread of distribution of debt schemes

- Handhold internal relationship team for large value deal closures

- Enhance product knowledge of internal relationship teams on debt markets & products

- Periodically seek inputs & feedback from key distribution partners & internal branch teams on any requirements

- Execute timely product promotions to channel partners/investors with support of relationship teams

- Regular monitoring & reviewing of collections & market share with key partners

MBA or C.A with minimum 5-10 years of experience.

NISM certification compulsory.
