Job Title: Record To Report Regional Manager  Purpose of Role:  - Manage a team of about ~30 RTR professionals (including 2-3 Team Leads) serving global markets   - To ensure that the RTR FA/Journal TL is effectively & efficiently managing reporting processes (including P&L, BS & CF) and ensuring control agenda (SOX compliance) as well  - To ensure that Banking TL smoothly operates the in-house bank processes as per the relevant KPI measures by maintaining the right balance between in-market requirements and group cash priorities.  - To ensure that GDBS led financial controlling processes (including but not limited to) Overhead, A&P, COGs controlling processes are working effectively & efficiently and ensuring control agenda (SOX compliance) as well  - To ensure that intercompany processes are delivered to all financial functions  Leadership Responsibilities :  - Manage people for success-creating focus and clarity, on-going communication to provide context, knowing individuals in the team, coaching and supporting the team's development, and leading a mind-set of continuous process improvement.   - Consistently Deliver Great Performance- Identify clear priorities and focus on them at all times. Demonstrate rigour and brilliant execution.   - Create Possibilities -Liaise with Global RTR Governance network for best /leading practice opportunities in order to deliver efficiencies in the markets served.  - Be authentic - build great relationships with key stakeholders across all markets served and global RTR networks as a means of championing RTR compliance-to ensure CARM & statutory requirements in RTR cycle are met.  RTR Service Delivery :   - Delivery and achievement of defined and approved RTR KPIs and Service Level Agreements.  - Effective issue resolution and appropriate escalation process in place and working.
