- Active participant in sales along with sales team & guiding the product heads in process re-engineering of operations of all products including air exports, air imports, ocean exports, ocean imports, projects, transportation, warehousing and distribution.
- Intense engagement with buyers and buying houses and actively involved in developing consolidation programs for them.
- Involved in rate negotiations and service contract finalization with shipping lines and airlines and with overseas agent/offices.
- Responsibilities also include business development and contributing to the profitability of the company & monitoring international accounting .
- Oversee 3PL hinterland transport, warehousing and distribution.
