Job Description
Reports to: Territory Manager (West)
Reportees: Area Managers/ City Managers
Heading the entire Operations for Mumbai Region (180+ outlets)
- Translating company’s business objectives in the region
- Ensure store compliance with company’s operational procedures
- Lead, motivate & develop team to maximize profits
- Drive customer focus through service standards in area
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication & influencing skill

- Financial awareness & understanding of P&L
- Ability to strategize & analyze reports

Duties & Responsibilities:
Financial
- Supervise cluster of outlets
- Maximize regional sales performance and drive profits
- Sales forecasting and apportioning targets across teams
- Reviewing business performance in line with budgetary control
- Asset & Equipment maintenance
- Salary costs for café level
- Preparing action plans for non performing cafes
People Management:
- Retention of manpower
- Manpower planning & translating requirements to HR periodically
- Handling transfers & takeovers
- Inspiring team & conduct employee initiative programs
- Appraise subordinates and performance management
- Team development and growth
- Grievance handling & solving issues
- Initiate, oversee Training & Development activities for subordinates
Process and customer orientation
- Develop marketing & promotion ideas to increase walk-ins & sales
- Ensure smooth support functions and further integration with operation team
- Competitor analysis
- Vendor management
