Education:

- UG: Any Graduate / BE preferred

- PG: MBA/ PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations

Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required

- Full Time BE/ MBA (HR Specialization) with at least 3 years relevant HR experience.

- Preferably from banking and Insurance Sector or any industry

- Good Knowledge about HR processes
