Client Details

Our client is a US MNC with a strong global presence. They are widely regarded as a preferred employer, and are globally recognized for their innovative product portfolio. They have established a significant presence in the India market over the years, and are currently looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory. For the same, they are looking to recruit a RM North/South, based out of their Regional Office in Delhi NCR/South.

Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing the sales and distribution strategy for the company across all channels in the region

- Forecasting Sales numbers for the region and working closely with the team to achieve the targets

- Ensuring that the region's objectives/plans are in line with overall company objectives/plans

- Analyzing business performance and take corrective measures to fill any gaps

- Managing a team of ZM's, KAM's and ASM's, and assist in their learning and development

Profile

- Top Tier MBA with around 8 years of experience in sales and distribution roles OR

- Post graduate with around 13 years of experience in sales and distribution roles

Further, you will have the experience of working in the FMCG Industry with a good organization. The client is looking for someone with a hands on approach towards his work, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills along with flexibility to move in different locations.
