Regional Manager - Amazon Kirana Now - Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore  Amazon is seeking Regional managers for its - Amazon Now- Hyper local Business. These will be based at it's Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore offices and manage cluster of cities within the region. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a start-up business team and helps create the future of eCommerce, and growth opportunities as the business scales to more cities.   - The successful candidate will be the Sales And Operations Owner responsible for the overall Seller experience via a team of Outsourced Sales teams -- Staffed by In-store promoter & City level Supervisors.   - The candidate will ensure the right inventory selection at store, working with partner HO & Amazon Category Merchant Management team to bring this selection to our platform, work with National and Regional Retailers to drive category growth for his region.   - He will manage Store Operations to deliver Input Goals ( Selection width & Depth, Share of Top selling SKU etc) & Output Goals ( Conversion, % of Offline Orders, Orders / Day ) metrics.   - He will also be responsible for store / seller wise performance metrics - ODR, PFCR & Click to Ship ( C2S). He will be the custodian of his Regional Coverage Strategy to ensure his store network covers 80% of our TG. (20-40 stores / city). Over Time, this role will also be measured on GMS Goals.  - He will liase with local Marketing Team, Regional Category Leader & Trans Teams to to help drive the above deliverables for his region. He will work directly with the Central Merchant & Category teams to help in providing category supports for Merchandising, Promotions and Deals.   - He/she must be an effective leader and communicator working with Retailer ( National & Regional) Leadership Teams as well as with internal colleagues and groups. He or she will have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills.   - Must be a self-starter Individual with strong Analytical skills with data proficiency.  Eligibility Criteria :   - 7+ years sales industry experience at least 2 yrs experience of managing a field Sales program.   - Strong academic track record + MBA from top b-schools  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills   - Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities   - Strong numerical and analytical aptitude   - Proven experience leading cross-functional projects   - Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment   - Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines   - Detail-oriented   - Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools  The ideal candidate will be innovative, team oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.   We are seeking someone with demonstrated history of handling a field sales Team to drive Operational efficiency.   Should be comfortable in working across a matrix organization to drive business results with high sense of ownership.  Gaurav (M:- +91-9650972244) / Nishant (M:- +91-7503123124)
