Role: Regional Manager
Location - Noida
We- re looking at augmenting our sales teams with strong sales leaders across mid-senior levels. We have multiple openings across levels spanning city, region and national level roles.
Ours is a B2B, corporate sales environment. We- re a fast-growing business with an emphasis on speed, hiring of the right talent, building strong sales processes & growing our leadership position in the market. The focus is on building strong account-management processes; deploying new client acquisition strategies and sales channels; steps at enhancing sales productivity etc.
Role description and responsibilities:
Be responsible for revenue generation and own the targets for the vertical.
To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and tailor make solutions to suit clients needs.
To collect and share regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
Manage team efficiently and ensure KRAs of all team members are achieved. Be a leader and effectively motivate a large sales team
Desired Skills and Experience
Core experience in Corporate sales.
Demonstrable work experience and success credentials.
MBA from a top institute will be a plus, but is not compulsory for the role
Aggressive with a go-getter attitude.
Preferably candidate from BFSI (MNC firms), Classified Portals, Media etc .
Strong sales planning & execution skills are required. The right candidate should also demonstrate solid personal leadership & serve as a role model for his team.
Other important attributes
Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles.
Outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills required.
