Regional Manager - Corporate Finance - BFSI (9-12 yrs)
Key Requirement :
Experience of 9-12 years in building up Corporate/Mid - Market/ SME based corporate business and handling all business finance products and services like working capital and long-term finance, trade finance etc.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for identifying, developing, managing and expanding corporate relationship in South region by offering a full range of loan, deposit, treasury services, risk management and other non credit services to existing and prospective clients. Part of job responsibility also includes cross sell of different products offered by organization to existing set of clients.
- Achieve organization objective in terms of earnings, assets, Cross Sell & Credit quality
- Maximize revenue and customer value by identifying and materializing potential business opportunities and delivering a suite of products.
- Acquire, build and strengthen portfolio of clients by working closely with product specialists to identify cross-selling opportunities and developing product solutions on target segments. Minimize credit risks and loss to the organization by reinforcing timely and stringent credit assessments, as well as active management of critical relationships
- Be accountable for the performance of portfolio of borrowing and customer services.
- Grow existing relationships and refer new potential relationships for relationship management. Manage credit, operational risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and manage a team and provide direction and training to them.
