Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager

A great opportunity to put your compensation expertise to use - the company's, West & Central Asia Region is looking for a strong Compensation & Benefits professional to join the Regional team in Dubai, UAE.

We Offer :

A challenging job in a dynamic work environment. You will work closely with our local country organisations, the corporate and global Compensation teams to create a seamless process of conceptualizing C&B philosophy and aligning various initiatives to business strategy and external market practices. The position reports to the Regional Human Resource Director.

Key Responsibilities :

- Establish and drive an overall C&B philosophy & strategy for West & Central Asia (WCA) region

- Drive pay for performance philosophy to support a performance culture.

- Facilitate better understanding of local markets including bench marking, review and analysis of external and internal equity to ensure market-appropriate compensation.

- In collaboration with local organisations, drive annual salary review process aligned to the overall pay philosophy.

- Ensure constructive solutions to managing IPE and Job levels.

- Work with WCA local cluster organisations to review incentive programs and explore the potential for optimizing the use of variable pay.

- Establish and drive the professionalization of best in class global mobility (expatriation/repatriation) practices.

- Acts as a regional HR master data Business Process Owner by ensuring data quality and building and anchoring HR reporting capabilities in the region.

Who we are looking for :

- A team player who understands how to put his/her expertise to use in a complex and dynamic organisation

- Min. 8 years of experience working with compensation and benefits.

- Strong understanding of multinational reward strategy and practices.

- Strong understanding of global mobility strategy practices

- Hands-on experience working with all aspects of compensation and benefits including bench marking, job evaluation, salary review processes, designing rewards structures, etc.

- Experience with designing and implementing bonus programs and sales incentive schemes.

- Experience with SAP HCM is an advantage.
