Open position with leading mutual fund house for regional manager/ branch operations to manage both Telugu states .

Branch Operations as per Manual for across the region.

Customer Service via RCRM.

KYC POS Operations (wherever applicable).

Operations Quality.

CSE Development (Trainings on Operations).

Return Mgmt.

Co-ordination with Sales for Investor details required by R& T operations.

Providing effective customer service and Handle Investor Relation within specified region.

Responsible for smooth processing of day to day Branch operations in the region.

Report complex operational issues to Operation Manager/ Head - Branch Operation for resolution.

Providing training and guidance to BOE's for Branch Operations.

Responsible for RCRM & MIS pertaining to R & T Operations within specified region.

Good communication skills - oral and written.

Good intra-personal relations for effective man management

Good operational knowledge preferably in Mutual Fund / Banks

SEBI - Mutual Fund Operational Guidelines / AMFI Code of Ethics

Computers hands on experience

Awareness of best practices in the industry

Salary offered; 8 - 13 LPA
