Regional Logistics Manager - FMCG/Healthcare - West

Partner with planning team to manage mother hub operations .

- Demand Planning for the Region

- Set up processes and review mechanism for rolling forecast and fill rates for customers.

- Support design of strategies/plans and ensure their implementation for effective logistics and improve region efficiency on stock management

- Ensure productivity from warehousing and freight & improved Customer service reducing the stock-out at depot

- Drive creation of quality, process change and other Lean initiatives to meet and exceed business plan.

- Optimize Distribution and Logistics costs (inbound and outbound) and bring innovation in approach

- Liase with various internal & external stakeholders to manage the shelf life of products and improve stock freshness.

- Design and execute innovative systems and processes for enhanced monitoring and control of resources

- Monitoring SOPs / KPIs closely with all business partners.

- Setting up of strong warehousing and distribution process to enhance customer satisfaction and mother warehouse operations.

- Managing outbound logistics from the warehouse's to the Distributors and Direct Key Account customers.

- Liaison with the transporters for on time availability of vehicles to achieve Ontime delivery while optimally utilizing vehicle capacity.

- Review back orders regularly and execute the dispatches

- Build an efficient and reliable data management between Company and the Logistics Service provider

- Ensuring shrinkage management practices are adhered to through periodic cycle count processes to ensure zero shrinkage
