We are looking for regional logistics Manager for MNC FMCG company based at south - Chennai. Looking for candidates with relevant experience fro FCMG/ durables/ retail- Premier B school 2+ years if experience. Roles Forecasting - Coordinate with ASMs and BSMs and then liaise with the extended Regional sales team for compilation of secondary forecast data - Prepare primary forecast data basis secondary inputs along with pipeline norms and ageing of stock for all base SKUs and NPIs - Interface with Regional Sales teams and virtual network for forecasting in alignment with the overall Sales strategy and ensure correct and timely transmission of data - Ensure adherence to monthly forecasting accuracy norms; to minimize deviations and thereby prevent stock supply issues - To prepare and share at required intervals MIS to stakeholders on key sales & distribution parameters Auto Stock Replenishment - Review at periodic intervals; along with the Regional Sales Team; the pipeline, MOQ etc and recommend changes if required in the system - Effectively support CSL Manager in the timely and accurate Sales order management - To support CSL Manager in ensuring corrective action in OOS situations Stock Management - Perform efficient stock tracking (including freebees, promo items, POS/POP material and gifts) to ensure timely availability in the right quantities - Plan and execute IUTAs to avoid OOS at situations at Depots - Manage the freebie control at Region to ensure uninterrupted invoicing of promo stocks with freebie. - Review Warehouse wise Ageing analysis of stocks to take corrective action & to get liquidation
