Client Details

Our client is a multi billion dollar MNC with strong brand equity and are leaders in the area they operate in. The are looking for a head L&D to lead all learning initiatives across India and APAC regional offices catering to 15000+ employees.

Job Description

Reporting into the global Head L&D and India Head HR, your responsibilities will include:

- Leadership: Provide leadership to the team to achieve the organization's learning & development objectives. Support the business and the HR organization strategic and global learning initiatives.

Learning Needs Identification & Formulation: Work with business leaders and managers to identify and classify capability needs and trends within the business.

Strategy formulation : Formulating a robust L&OD Strategy, to include need based development programmes to enhance organizational capabilities that focus on both long-term and immediate needs

Learning programs conceptualization, implementation & review: Design and develop outcome based learning solutions. Garner best practices from different organizations and interact with experts from the industry. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and results

Learning Partners: Manage the external learning partner relationships in order to deliver effective programs to the organization. Build long term learning partners.

Cost Leadership: Ensure adherence to learning budgets and constantly seek innovative means of being cost conscious.

Profile

You will come with 12-18 years of experience in learning and development. Design and Delivery of learning programs across levels - leadership, mid management, first time managers, etc. will be equally important for this role. Exposure to managing 10,000+ employees is required. Regional exposure is an added advantage.
