Our Client a tier 1 corporate commanding a leading position in the industry.

Looking for senior leadership professionals. Tier 1, Full Time MBA in HR ( batches 2000- 2005)

Role involves partnering the Business Head, lead the hiring, talent management, succession planning and spearhead the employee engagement initiatives.

The role is both strategic and execution focused. Will involve managing diverse businesses and a geographically spread out territory.

Key Result Areas :

- Act as a responsible business partner and ensures HR support towards meeting overall business goals of the region

- Talent Acquisition- Approve the acquisition strategy & Ensure acquisition of relevant and best talent.

- Talent Retention- Ensure specific initiatives to retain critical & valued talent across levels at the region.

- Employee Engagement & Development- Ensure people development plans are created & executed

Employee Engagement - Ensure employees are engaged and demonstrate Co Brand values.

Effective internal communication & branding :

- Admin/Employee services & facilities - Create office Infrastructure. Ensures that office environment is compliant with Health, safety and hygiene norms.

- Compliance & Alignment- Ensure HR capability and effectiveness is strengthened at region through alignment with national processes

Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary) :

The position is responsible for partnering the business to deliver on overall strategy and goals. Will be responsible for overall strategy formulation & management of HR & Facilities.

- Responsible for overall direction/consultation and approval of HR matters ie manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation &benefits, employees services and development.

- HR Statutory compliance - ensuring no non conformance.

The incumbent will be supported by 8-10 managers and senior managers and support staff.
