- Must have 6+ years of experience in Industrial, B2B, Institutional Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving Sales Objectives of defined Volume building and New Products of the assigned product portfolio.
- Responsible for Demand Generation of New & Volume building products through planning and implementation of marketing initiatives.
The above deliverable will be achieved through:
- Business growth in Product Segment to increase market share by Volume
- Business development with top Product's in Region
- Identification of product gaps and new product /application requirements for product development
- Promotional activity /market activation drive in Region
- Interacting with production and supply chain for forecast, material availability and servicing requirement for Product vertical in the Region
- Interacting & working with marketing / product manager for - requirements / support required for products related to Product vertical
- Lead Management: Driving new leads capturing by participation in trade shows & trade bodies
- Product Complaint Management
- Trials and demonstrations to attract new customers and enhance usage.
Business development of New and Volume Building Products of assigned product portfolio:
- Market analysis to understand and evaluate the size of Market.
- Effective implementation of marketing program, to achieve the sales development and market share objectives.
Market Feedback:
- Managing the process of feedback management through internal sources - field personnel, field visits and inputs from employees and customers
- Competition analysis and tracking - Monitor pricing and trade inputs of competitors on a regular basis and initiate pricing/inputs actions to maintain profitable growth of the product portfolio.
Tracking of Customer Penetration:
- Develop the mechanism to track penetration in existing Joineries in Region
- Develop a system to track opening of new Joineries in Region
Team Management:
- Minimize Manpower Gaps in Region
- Constant Product Training for Teams
- Timely Reviews and Performance Management
