Job Description for the same is given below :  Key Account Management (KAM) is more than just selling products to big customers, its engaging with those customers who have a strategic role to play in the growth of CIPL.   Key Job responsibilities :   - P&L and Sales Management for Top Accounts in the Region  - Define and construct new avenues of growth for CIPL with prime clients and build a strong platform for a long term business success.  - Drive Strong Professional Relationship and generate business leading to profitable growth  - Conceptualize a strong sales and marketing plan /strategy with customer to enhance all forms of brand communication leading to higher sales.  - Conceptualize and Implement all sales promotion plans & new concepts to generate sales for achievement of targets; coordinating the promotional activities for new releases & special products including visual/merchandising displays.  - Work with key accounts from concept to realization through smart implementation in diverse market dynamics  - Developing /sustaining the existing network & effectively managing the supply chain, ensuring timely and cost effective delivery of products and forecasting to ensure optimum inventory levels to meet customer requirement.  - Work with regional team and deliver Share and Growth Targets  - Monitor the customer response at regular intervals and conveying the feedback to top management
