Regional HR Manager - Life Insurance - South (2-6 yrs)
Business Partner HR (Manager) South - For one of the world leading Insurance Company, for their Life Insurance Vertical. (IC) Role
Custodian for end to end HR for south managing multiple locations, entire Employee Life Cycle
Role Deliverables:
- Work with Business Partners to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives
- The person will play a key role in driving productivity improvements through performance management & capability building across the sales & service workforce
- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues reaching a win-win situation
- Partner with the Business to increase engagement levels and create plans to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
- Ensure Recruitment & Man days are as per plan
