JOB PROFILE :

    * Manpower Planning: Design and obtain approval for the extended organization structure.

    * Resourcing : at managerial level

    * Capability Building of New Workforce: Identification of Training Needs, Development of Training Calendar, Regular Assessment & Monitoring the Progress.  Statutory Compliance : Ensuring all the Compliances related to Contractors & other related to expansion

    * Negotiating with the Partner on SLAs, KPIs and Contract Terms.

    * Developing Resourcing Process & Capability Modules.

    * Plan & Execute the Pilot, followed by a National Roll-Out.
