Role is responsible for

- Recruitment & Selection.

- Driving value based performance culture in the region

- Performance Management

- Build employee capabilities to help them deliver on business results.

- Training & Development initiatives

- Drive Career succession planning at regional level.

- Handle all HR Operations at region:

- Salary fitment as per DOA

- Joining & Induction

- Separation formalities

- Mediclaim Insurance administration

- Employee Engagement

- Aid policy formulation for region specific issues

- Administration of HR Policies in the region.

- Reward & Recognition

- Employee welfare

- Statutory Compliance

- Driving Service Excellence in the region

Looking for candidates with 6+ years of experience and with MBA from Tier 1 institution.
